    One problem with the Newtster is that having "Big Ideas" is not the same as leadership. In the 90's when his "Big Idea" was "shutting down the Government", Newt took us to the brink and then backed away when Clinton called his bluff.
    I was always afraid that if the former Speaker were elected President, he would lead us to another brink with one of his big ideas and then back away again. Leadership is being able to evaluate ideas and decide what will work.
    I admire your pragmatism. Too bad Newt has so little of it.
