Military Board: Marine Should Be Dismissed Over Obama Comments

A Sergeant critical of the Commander-in-Chief could get the boot from the Marines.

FOX News Radio’s Eben Brown reports:

A Marine Corps administrative board at Camp Pendleton says Sergeant Gary Stein should be less-than-honorably discharged for saying online that he wouldn’t follow President Obama’s orders… And for sticking an image of the President onto the poster for the movie “Jackass”. Stein’s lawyer Mark Brewer says he has First Amendment rights.

(Brewer) “We believe that Sergeant Stein and other members of the military have the right to free speech just the same as you and I do.”

But a prosecutor says he violated Pentagon policy by trash talking the Commander-in-Chief. A final decision has yet to be made.

    This is America…..people need to start remembering that. We still have freedom of speech, the Marine has those rights too, and if I were a marine I certainly would not follow the orders of a President who has done nothing but lie, make bad choices, and ignore the Constitution that this country was built upon. etc.

    this is exactly why people would rather watch CNN. I only came on here to get the link for this article for school and I see people on here talking about something they have no idea about.
    #1 I served in the military and talking negative about your job (military) and your boss (President Obama) is the same as doing it and you worked for Pepsi; your employment is in limbo. Working at pepsi you have the ability to voice your opinions to a degree but Obama is not the reason why the military is kicking him out, it is because he knew what he was doing with agreeing to the oath he took (created before Obama was born) and disrespected him on FACEBOOK. Stop being racists and learn the facts of your country. I take it you forgot the BS that went on when BUSH was president which is why we are in the situation we are TODAY
