The man at the center of the case of a Maryland woman gone missing in Aruba, will remain in custody for now.
FOX News Radio's Eben Brown reports from Miami:
Gary Giordano is going to stay in jail in Aruba until at least the end of the month. He's being held on suspicion in the disappearance of Robyn Gardner, the Maryland woman he met online, took to Aruba and who went missing while the pair was on the island. Investigators have been looking for any sign of the woman's fate, but so far haven't reporting findings. Giordano claims she was swept out to see while snorkeling. He could be held another thirty days beyond the end of the month if a Judge says so.
