Candidate Crime? Edwards Indicted in Cover Up

     

    Former Democratic Presidential candidate and U.S. Senator John Edwards has plead not guilty to federal campaign finance charges that allege he broke the law in hiding his mistress.

    Edwards faces a total of six felony counts.  Each count carries a maximum of five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
