    The ATM is a Service that Banks offered.. Free or charging… I really dont like the rise of the price how ever there are diferent options that people can do…
    About the talking other languages in public places some people like me do it for privacy(phone Calls), how ever i dont do it when in company were could be a disadvange to other speaker of other languages. I think is fair if some one offer you a service in any language because atrack turims. how ever i dont agree to spkeak Spanish all the time, when i can speak English.
